Email transfer management

Hello,
I requested a transfer away on April 6, 2020 and whenever I open my emails I have repeatedly got an error message to the effect that emails to this address were not being delivered (paraphrase). I realise it is a long time elapsed but I just found the following message in my system‘WordPress.com received notification on 6 April, 2020 that you have requested a transfer of speakercoachmc.com to another domain name registrar.
If you want to proceed with this transfer, you do not need to respond to this message.
To approve or cancel your transfer, please go to our Transfer Management page.
Approving the transfer may reduce the amount of time the transfer takes to complete but is not necessary for the transfer to process.
If you wish to cancel your transfer, you must do so by 13 April, 2020. Otherwise, the transfer will proceed.

The reason why I ask is because is the domain speakercoachmc.com is no longer registered with WordPress: https://who.is/whois/speakercoachmc.com.
It looks like the domain registrar is: https://www.register.com/
