  I reset my email – link was sent – clicked and it still doesnt allow me to update.

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi! Just so I understand correctly- when you click the “confirmation” link that’s sent to the new email address you want to use with your WordPress.com account then nothing happens?

  Would you be able to share if you’re seeing any error messages when you try to click the confirmation link?

  If you’re not seeing any errors, could I ask you to try changing your password via https://wordpress.com/me/security first and then changing your email address?
