email update and two blogs

I want to keep my blog sittingbehindtheeightball. I created a goldenmusings blog in 2022, but then I couldn’t figure out how to update it the way I wanted so I used my work email. Unfortunately, I do not know how to reconnect to my sittingbehindtheeightball blog because it will not let me change to my personal email which is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
I would be happy to just delete the old blog goldenusings. Please help!
