  I deleted my account because I wanted to start over, but when I try to start over I cannot use my emails. How can my emails be free to be used with the account I want to start?

  Hi there. You didn’t delete your account as it’s not possible to delete WordPress.com username accounts. Your account still exists, and in fact you are currently logged into your account if you’re able to post in the forum.

  If you want to register a new blog, click on My Sites in the admin bar and select the option to create a new blog: https://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/#adding-new-site%C2%A0to-an-existing-account

  Be aware that the blog address you deleted is no longer available. The moment you deleted it it was permanently removed from the system and there’s no way for you to use that same address again. http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
