  For some reason i keep getting sent here to resend email verification but i haven’t received one to confirm my account.

  According to staff, it’s possible a bug is preventing the email being sent to you because your account was created over a year ago, but not yet activated. I’ve tagged this thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance with this issue.
