Hi there,
Can you please let me know your domain name so I can point you in the right direction of getting support?
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites and domains only.

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
With that said, you really should contact your hosting provider, since they’re responsible for your site’s uptime: https://www.godaddy.com/help

But wait – I switched the domain from godaddy to you guys at WordPress. Spent over 100$ doing it. Now I can’t get my site back up? All it said was it just needed an email verification. Not understanding this. What did I spend this money for?

The domain is currently pointing to GoDaddy’s hosting, not us.
We also have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
With that said, you are right that the domain is indeed registered with us and it was tied to
thepactmusicsociety.wordpress.comvia a WordPress.com Premium Plan purchased August 1 under a different account. The problem is, that domain’s name servers are pointed to GoDaddy’s hosting, not us.
To point the domain to us, log in under the account which owns the plan, then follow the steps at https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/change-name-servers/ to change the domain’s name servers to:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COM -
Ok, I changed the setting to enable WordPress (instead of godaddy). How long until my domain/site begins working?
-
Ok, I see the change has been made and it’s propagating properly: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/artistreachofficial.com
When a domain is registered or altered, there is a process called propagation, where information about the domain name is passed to internet service providers all over the world. This process can take up to 72 hours (though usually much less). During that time, your domain may go to its old location, and you may also receive a warning message in your browser about “redirect errors.”
If you still have trouble viewing the site after 24 hours have passed, please try clearing your browser’s cache: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/
If that doesn’t work, try clearing your local DNS cache: https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html
