  I just bought ‘WooCommerce Product CSV Import Suite’ and there are errors during import that I need some help with.

  When I try to create a support ticket, it says ‘In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address.’ If I click on ‘RESEND EMAIL VERIFICATION’ then it ends up on Reader magazine https://wordpress.com/read and no email is sent.

  Any ideas?

  Hi there,

  It looks like your account has been verified so, try logging out from WooCommerce and log back in. After that, you should be able to open a support ticket from https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/.
