Email verification

  I am not receiving the email verification from WordPress when attempting to verify my email. I have tried this with my school email along with my personal and neither are successful. Can you assist?

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there!

  I can see at least 10 verification emails were sent your way, and from what I can tell by looking at the logs, there were no issues with the delivery.

  Have you checked the spam/junk folders, as @amiteshg93 suggested? This is usually where those delivered emails end up.

  If you do not see the emails anywhere, please let us know, and we’ll see what we can do.

  I have checked both junk and spam and still have not located the verification email. Any other recommendations? I changed to my personal and did not get it either.

  I changed to my personal and did not get it either.

  To clarify, it is not possible to change your email unless your account is first verified under the email address you submitted at the time of signup.

  Is there another way around this? I need to launch the site for school work and cannot due so because of the email verification.
