Hi @mindsetandmanagementcoach, we can certainly try to point you in the right direction.
Are you migrating this site?
It’s the only one I see on your account, so if you have another, is it hosted here with us?

Hi there,
This guide will walk you through the process of exporting your site to another WordPress-based service like ShowIt: https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
This will create a specially formatted XML file that can be used to import your pages, blog posts, comments, and uploaded media to your new provider.
Please note that ShowIt’s import process varies depending on if you are using WordPress.com or a self-hosted websites, which they refer to as “.org”
https://learn.showit.co/en/articles/2115099-wordpress-com-vs-wordpress-org
You may wish to confirm with them that you have a WordPress.com site as it sounds like they may be giving you the instructions for WordPress.org sites instead.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

Thank you for coming back to me. I have gone back to ShowIt and they have come back to me with this:
Yes, the migration is being done from your wordpress.com site. It looks like our blog team is just having a hard time accessing what they need, as you have email verification setup. Once that is disabled with wordpress.com, we’ll be able to complete the migration
I don’t know how to disable the email verification.

Hmm, it sounds like they’re trying to access your site as a user, which does require verification and cannot be turned off.
To export your site without requiring that, please follow the steps my colleague Totoro posted above.
