  I am unable to verify my word press account because I have not received confirmation email. I have checked spam/ junk folders, in fact any and all folders in my e-mail account. I also quadruple checked my email to make sure it was entered correctly. I even tried verifying with a completely different email account and I still never received a verification email. please advise

  Hey there, on our side it says the activation email is going through — we show 9 times now. If your mail server there is accepting the mail but not delivering it to your inbox, do you want to check in with your IT/helpdesk to see if they are filtering it?

  Alternatively, is there another email address you could use? You’d only have to enter it in the email area on your account, then check the new address to confirm. The old address would be notified of the change, but I’d imagine it won’t get that email either. Let us know if you need more help!
