email verification for (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  email verificcation sent to my new email account but email account is not verified so can’t open it. It says it was “successful” but then says there was an error, but doesn’t say what the error is.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I can’t access my new email address, says it needs verification. Another screen says it’s sent verification to the email address and can find it there BUT I CAN’T OPEN IT!

  Hi there,

  Is this an email account associated with your blog? Asked another way, is it through Google Apps? On Friday Google announced that it had discontinued that service, so that might be the issue.

  Can you send me a link to the screen you’re getting the error on? Or take a screenshot? It will help me to troubleshoot more effectively if I can see what you see.
