Email Verification for Outlook

I am new to this stuff so bare with me. I hired someone to setup my website and I am now just making tweaks. We are using BETheme. Long story short we have forms on the page where users put in the information and it sends me an email. These are no longer working. I have called Pro support and we have struggled getting this fixed. They think it is because I am not getting the verification email sent to me. I am trying to change the administrators email to my email but It won’t change is says it is waiting on confirmation. Kind of lost at the moment on how to fix this if it isn’t sending out the verification email. I have checked Junk/Spam folders but no luck.
