Email via MS365 rather than Titan

    Hi team,

    I can no longer sync my emails with MS365 Outlook, but only Titan. Can you help me revert this change. I am assuming it is due to the email subscription I have with WP, and that I can cancel this.

    My domain is via GoDaddy

    Hi there,

    Because your domain is registered with GoDaddy directly (and uses their name server settings) we are not able to help. The settings for this domain are totally managed with GoDaddy now.

    I can confirm that your domain still has Titan MX records when I look in our domain tool, but we are not able to help you remove those settings. Instead you will want to reach out to GoDaddy support for assistance with connecting the domain to your Office 365 Outlook account.

    On this end, I still see that you have an active Titan email account on this end. If you are switching you will not need it and can cancel here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
