  I am not receiving an email when users comment on my page

  Hello @vicmuraw,

  In my experience here, tagging in the staff to look into this will be the effective way to go about finding out why you are not receiving email notifications for comments on your page.

  I have tagged this post for staff’s assistance. Someone from the staff will reach you shortly.

  In the meanwhile you can try the following:

  There are a few things to check if you are not receiving comment notifications emails:

  1. Make sure you are the author of the post where comments are being left.
  2. Email notifications are turned on in My Sites → Manage → Settings → Discussion.
  3. Check your spam/junk folder.

  Hi there,

  I checked your settings here and comment settings enabled correctly.

  However, if you are referring to lederartcollections.wordpress.com, that site has yet to receive any comments.
