  Can I add a widget that is essentially a “contact” feature? I want to put an email address is and let users click it to generate a new email window (basically a hot-linked email address). Is there some simple HTML text that will do this? thanks

  WordPress.com provides a secure contact form for us so we don’t post actual email addresses on our blogs as your describe, as if we do that they will be harvested by email harvesting spam bots and sold to even more spammers by the spammers who sent out the bots.
