  Now a have other 2 doubts:

  Create an email with my domain: (email visible only to moderators and staff), because with google apps no reconise my domain owner.
  And, the other it’s create metatags, keys words for searching and SEO in google, yahoo….

  Google apps is the only choice here.

  And, the other it’s create metatags, keys words for searching and SEO in google, yahoo….

  We cannot access metadata on our free hosted WordPress.com blogs. The process we must use for search engine verification is here and we cannot use any other process.

  Your blog is enabled with just about everything you need to be super-searchable. This includes an XML sitemap, which you can access at yourblogname.wordpress.com/sitemap.xml.

  No need to do anything extra on your end. The sitemap file included with your blog is available to every search engine that supports the protocol, including Google, Yahoo!, Bing, Ask.com, and others. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sitemaps/#xml-sitemaps-for-search-engines

  WordPress.com is a mulituser blogging platform and all blogs wearing the same theme are using the same template. Only Staff can access those files. We cannot access metadata and edit it and that means we cannot insert meta descriptions and keywords.
