Email with Zoho – Relay access denied
-
I just created an account in Zoho, where I registered and verified an email account for my domain. I went through all the phases, by first adding the correct DNS records to wordpress.com and then setting my account in Zoho. I can send emails from my new email account ([email redacted]), but when someone tries to send me an email (from gmail for example), he gets the following error message:
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain redriders.gr by smtp-fwd.wordpress.com. [66.155.8.100].
The error that the other server returned was:
554 5.7.1 <[email redacted]>: Relay access deniedThe blog I need help with is anettejeanne.com
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @anettejeanne,
by smtp-fwd.wordpress.com
This error is about an email forwarder instead of Zoho, actually. I’ve double checked your mail records, though, and they look good now.
If you had just barely made the changes before your friend emailed you, they would have needed some time to take full effect. Can you confirm whether it’s working now?
