Email won't receive login ID

    Hi, I recently subscribed to a person “https://rapercapital.com/” and paid using the id “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”. I never created an id for wordpress using the email (email visible only to moderators and staff), but I assume it did as the email is no longer usable to create a login id.

    Anyhow, so when I try to login, wordpress.com tells me that it sent me a login link, but I don’t see it. I can’t find it. Because I can’t login, I can’t even cancel my monthly subscription.

    Hi @emergencyidcreation, I can see that account has quite a few “password reset” emails that have been sent to it. You might check to see if they’re in spam or being filtered to some other folder.

    Also, I noticed that account does not have any upgrades. Could you confirm what site the upgrade was associated with?
