    Do I get an email when it’s time to pay my bill?

    Hi there,

    Yes you will receive emails about any upgrades that are about to expire. Please note that the emails will go to the address that is associated with your account. Sometimes it can end up in your Spam/Junk folder so please check there.

    You can also check this by going to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard.
