  Hi

  In my mail inbox i get notifications regards comments made on another persons blog. TO be fair i cannot even see on my site where I follow the blog at all, but I wanted to turn off comment notifications and only receive notifications when the owner of that blog posts. WWhere on my site can i find that option?

  Hi there, there should be an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails you receive from WordPress.com

  If you don’t see that or need more help with this, please reply here with the address of the site from where you are getting the emails of comments.

  Thanks for this, woudldnt that stop both the notification from commenters as well as notifications of a new post?

  I DO want to get notifications of new posts, i DONT want every comments sent to me as a notificaiton as well?

  Hello again, if you specifically use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the comment emails, that should unsubscribe you only from comments on that specific post. It doesn’t unsubscribe you from getting new posts on the same blog.

  There is another setting in your account at https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/comments where you can check a box to stop receiving replies to your own comments on other sites.
