Emailed comments on sites i follow

  HI, I subscribe to a a couple of blogs (i guess by email) and I get email notifications both whern people comment and and when the site owners posts a new post. How can I stop the notifications from commenters and only receive notifications when a site owner posts a new blog post? Thanks Steve
