Emailing new followers

  I am researching before launching my first business blog idea. I want to encourage new email followers by providing a download link to an e-magazine which would be exclusive to followers on my blog. Is there a way to automate this so they get instant access to the link if I’m away from my pc? My blog is going to be travel related and it will mean long periods at times where I may not be able to monitor the blog. Any help/suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
