Emailing new posts to distribution list

  blog, is the only way to let a distribution list get emails of new posts to have them each follow the blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  So is the best i can do to get the group going is to explain to them all how to access the follow area of the blog and have each person add themselves? or is there a way i can the whole distribution lists emails?
