    I have done what you forum and suggestion areas have said, but after 11 years, I have suddenly lost all emails from wordpress.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there, are these emails of blogs you’ve subscribed to? If so, please share the address of a site you’re currently subscribed to by email and you’re no longer receiving (assuming that you’ve also checked your email spam folder). Also check at https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions that the “Pause emails” is not checked.

    If you meant something else, please give more details. Thanks.

    I didn’t even get an email that you answered my topic, Jennifer. Suddenly, I do not receive emails for Likes, someone commented, a new subscriber or anything else concerning wordpress.

    In the meantime, could you please let us know when was the last time you successfully received an email from WordPress.com? This will help us in troubleshooting the issue further.

  • Hi again @gpcox after investigating on our end, it appears there was an issue with your email provider recently where they were blocking emails from WordPress.com as for some reason. When this happens, after several repeated attempts we place a hold on our end once it’s clear on our end that you’re not receiving our messages.

    The good news it that our system team has removed this hold, and I can confirm that emails appear to be delivered based on what I see in our email logs. With luck you are seeing this notification along with the many updates your site generates.

    If you continue to have issues, please contact your email provider to ask if they can investigate on their end why emails from (email visible only to moderators and staff) are not being delivered. Thanks!
