  Hi. How do I know that an email I received is from WordPress?
  Is there not a way to view genuine WordPress messages in the WordPress app?

  Hi there,

  Geniuene emails from WordPress.com will always end in @wordpress.com or @automattic.com depending on how/where you’ve contacted them.

  If you’re trying to view tickets which you have started on the app, you can go to your profile > Help & Support > My Tickets and select the thread you wish to respond to. This only applies to tickets started within the app’s support system.
