  Hi there, for some reason I do not receive emails to my main email address when someone completes the form on my website. It will send to other email addresses but not to the email address which is linked to the site. Do you know why this might be? I have contacted the email provider and they have had a look and said it is not an issue on their side (I have different email addresses with the same provider which all work). Many thanks

  Yes sure, it’s the contact form on this page:
  https://www.ascentsolutions.co.uk/contact/

  However I did previously have a ‘coming soon’ web page with a contact form on it and the same problem occurred on that form.

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, hosted with GoDaddy, which we really can’t help with here.
