I am looking for help with the following. I am not getting emails from the website (e.g. that an order was created), I contacted my email provider (Zoho) and they replied with this:
On analysis, we see the emails are sent from the same domain which is hosted in your Zoho Mail. When emails are sent from the same domain, there are chances for the emails to be considered as potential spoofed emails by our Anti Spam filters.In order to resolve this issue, please contact your website support or technical team and get their range or IP address which they use for sending emails from their server and include it along with the SPF record of Zoho Mail for your domain.

Also, please ensure that the emails sent from your website contact form are properly signed with a valid DKIM signature.
We also suspect the emails to be relayed locally so please contact your website support team and change your email delivery settings from Local Mail exchange (or local mail delivery) to Remote Mail Exchanger. For more details, refer this link (https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/configure-email-delivery.html#imp4). After changing the settings, please check if the emails are relayed to your account.
