Emails about my subscriptions

    Hi? I have the free version of WordPress but keep getting emails from WordPress that my subscription renewal didn’t go through. I don’t see any place to update my payment method because I didn’t pay anything. Please advise. I do not want to upgrade, I just want the free version for all my sites and these emails are confusing.

    Hi there,

    I checked your account, and all your sites are on the Free plan. So, maybe you have a different account with an upgraded site receiving those emails.

    Can you please check if there’s a username or site address in those renewal emails so we can try and figure out the account they might be associated with?
