emails are disabled
-
I have a website created by WordPress.org and I have another account created by WordPress.com. However, besides my profile name On the top right corner of the WordPress dashboard, it appears a message that that emails are disabled. I use the Divi theme, and I created an email option form. As a customer, when I try to fill the form out, doesn’t allow to me entering info such as first name, last name, and email. I am not sure what is the problem. I connected to my host company and they said that no problem with the server, therefore, I try to reach out to figure out what is the problem. Please note that I tested this form from another website and I found it’s working .that means the email provider “Mailchimp ” is working well. After analyzing the problem, I think the problem occurred because of one of the plugins I added, but I not sure yet. I used Rank Math Plugin and the Google search console has altered me that two of my website pages has been affected Submitted URL marked ‘noindex’ https://www.thestructuralexpert.com/locations.kml
and Redirect error which currently affects 1 page https://www.thestructuralexpert.com/topic/success-with-advert-2/.I hope you can assist me.
Thank you

Hello there,
It looks like https://www.thestructuralexpert.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance.
I hope this helps.
