emails are not sent

    Howdy!
    I also have a shopping site.
    The problem for me is that when someone places an order, I do not receive an email for information, and the customer does not receive an email to confirm the order. I mention that I passed the email correctly, I checked it 10 times, that I have been struggling with this situation for a week.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

    Please contact support for the ecommerce plugin you’re using directly for help with this.
