Emails don't come through from contact form

  Hi,

  I don’t receive messages from my contact form on my email address. I have only just discovered it now, because a girl said she had sent a message – and I found it and other messages under the “feedback” tab.

  I have checked all the settings suggested under “email notifications” et.c. plus my spam filter, and I can’t see why I would not received emails from the contact form, because I do received email notifications about all comments.

  I hope you can help. I find the “Feedback” interface quite unhelpful for reading and replying to messages.

  Hi Anna,

  By default, the feedback is emailed to the email address you have listed for your account here:
  https://en.wordpress.com/settings/account/

  If that’s correct but you’re still not getting them, please check your junk/spam folder.

  If you want it to go to a different email, you can change the notification setting for the form, as described here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/#notification-preferences
