(1:23:23 PM) Rebecca Riley: iepetroleumgroup.com – this domain has custom nameservers, this is where you would access the domain to check to see what is needed and to add anything. Let me do a dig on this domain and I will see what you need to advise your provider
(1:25:29 PM) Javier van der Biezen: Okay here is the part where my brother knows more than me. hahahaha Stupid questions coming up: so does ENOM host iepetroleumgroup.com?
(1:26:02 PM) Rebecca Riley: ns1181.websitewelcome.com – these are the nameservers, where is the website hosted for
iepetroleumgroup.com ((1:26:56 PM) Javier van der Biezen: so I need to talk to them about fixing the problem (possible problem)?
(1:28:25 PM) Rebecca Riley: Yes, they will need to check the records and ensure the SPF record and DKIM is added
(1:30:20 PM) Rebecca Riley: I am just checking the other one, just in case one moment
(1:30:52 PM) Javier van der Biezen: hmmmm I tried to pull up info on them they are almost none existent
(1:32:21 PM) Rebecca Riley: Where is that website hosted – it may be the company you use, may use them, so they would have better access
(1:34:48 PM) Javier van der Biezen: I’ll check with the company owner while we wait on my brother to get better
(1:36:02 PM) Rebecca Riley: One moment – I may have a better contact for you as the .org domain is also set up the same, in case that domain has issues in the future
(1:36:36 PM) Javier van der Biezen: for sure
(1:36:45 PM) Javier van der Biezen: sorry for taking so much time Rebecca
(1:40:37 PM) Rebecca Riley: No problem = sorry, they updated some details so I am just searching
(1:43:17 PM) Rebecca Riley: You would be reaching out to WordPress, they commonly use those nameservers
(1:43:33 PM) Rebecca Riley: WordPress Support
(1:43:42 PM) Rebecca Riley: and have them ensure those records are added
(1:44:15 PM) Rebecca Riley: It doesn’t look like they have phone support so you would have to email them, one moment I am also going to give you a link with the needed records
(1:45:52 PM) Rebecca Riley: I have pulled the records so you do not have to read the entire link ->
SPF record is present in the host records settings: v=spf1 include:_spf.emfwd.name-services.com mx ?all
(1:46:45 PM) Rebecca Riley: There you go – get that added to the domain at wordpress.WP.com: Unknown

Hi there,
I think there’s some confusion here. There are three different “WordPress” at play here:
1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.We don’t host your site
iepetroleumgroup.comnor are we the domain registrar of this domain.According to your public domain records, the domain is registered with ENOM and the domain nameservers of
*.websitewelcome.comappear to be associated with Hostgator private nameservers, so it looks like Hostgator is your hosting provider. If you still have trouble, please reach out to the WordPress community for guidance:
