Emails form Follow Blog Widget

In the Follow Blog Widget I would like to get the emails of the users that subscribed to receive my blog updates via email.
I have 900+ emails and I would like to do some marketing stuff with these people.Thx

If you intend to set up for email marketing campaign WordPress.com is not the place to do that. You cannot use Aweber or mailchiump or …. on free hosted WordPpress.com blogs.
The blog subscription widgets here are ONLY for receiving your posts and the email addresses cannot be hijacked and used for any other purpose. The same goes for email addresses provided for commenting on blog posts.
To conduct email marketing campaign you will need to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.ORG install.

That site is not being hosted by WordPress.com and you are posting to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here. Support for your website software and any advice you need are provided on the WordPress.org support forums and they are here http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click that link and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software.

See what I said above please. WordPress.com protects the privacy of the subscribers as well as the bloggers. You can set it email marketing on a wordpress.org install but you cannot conduct email marketing on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. The email addresses provided by subscribers were provided for one purpose only and that is to receive your blog posts. They were not provided for and cannot be used for any other purpose.

There is no means provided for you to personally identify individuals.
Your site stats page displays how many followers you have, who your followers are, as well as how many people are subscribed to post comments on your site. http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/

I have two blogs. When I set up the second blog and subscribers click on follow the blog, they get an email notification with the other blog’s name , picture and heading.
How do I customize the email notification for my second blog. The name of the site is http://www.languagetime.org.
