EMAILS – MX Records

Have been trying to contact WordPress about updating MX Records since Wed 1 Mar 2017, New Zealand Time. I have not been able to access my company emails due to this!!
This is my #5 attempt to ask for help! Not happy!!

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
*Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
Have you had the person with the username account that registered the site ie. The Administrator read and act on email forwarding? https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/

I can see you’ve purchased a Domain Mapping upgrade and have added MX records for your email.
Are you still not receiving email? If so, when did you update the MX records?

In addition to my last reply, I see a member of staff responded to your email and asked if you could you contact your email service provider to make sure this is the only MX record that they need for the email service to work. And also that no further A or CNAME record is required.
Did they reply to confirm?

Hi Gemma,
I cannot recall exactly when my MX records were last updated. If a staff member has contacted me using any of my company emails, I cannot access any of my emails to cite this. Domainz (my domain provider) has given me this information for WordPress to enter for updating that side: mail.maoriartdesign.co.nz I spoke with Domainz and this is all that is required apparently. Please advise here. Thanks -

I’ve checked and the MX record you gave us has been added. However, the MX record will not work without your email host providing us with an A record (IP address) for mail.maoriartdesign.co.nz.
A member of staff replied to you a few days ago asking for this information — but as your emails aren’t working it sounds like you haven’t received it. You can email this information to us and we will update it.

Have just spoken with Domainz and now have the A record for you. What email do I use to forward this A Record to you/Wordpress? -

Hi there – I have added the A record for mail.maoriartdesign.co.nz pointing to the IP address you specified. It may take 24-48 hours the record to take effect, but then you should be set. Have a great day!

Unfortunately, there has not allowed access. What other information is required and I will speak with Domainz again. This needs to be sorted immediately. Not only that, I have been hacked online re SM sites, so I hope the access issue here isnt connected. -
