Emails no longer being sent after Contact form filled out.

A few days ago, we stopped getting emails after visitors filled out our Contact form. This has worked for 4+ months perfectly until about 4 days ago. Below is the full code for the page. (https://wesoscience.org/contact

I looked in our spam folders and so on, but there is no evidence of emails from the last 4 days.
I haven’t found much help online for this – would like to know where to start looking. :-)

Hi man, I have exactly the same problem as you and it start around the same days as you actually. Do you have any update on your problem ?

Emails are magically working again for us. I am not sure what happened.
I am wondering if we hit a limit of some kind for emails?
