Emails not arriving from contact form

    Hi there, I installed a ninja forms plug in for a contact me page on my website. I have troubleshooted with them and all is in order. Yet when someone submits the contact form, I do not receive it in my emails?

    The site I need help with is arisingjoy.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

    Please contact support for the contact form plugin you’re using directly for help with this.
