emails not being sent out

  My posts are not being sent out to the subscriber list. The last post that was sent out (two days ago) took 5 hours to send. I have checked with Go Daddy and everything on their end is working. I installed a plugin called Check email that allows you to send an email to a specified address for testing. Tried to send to my gmail and yahoo account, nothing received.
