Emails not going through from contact form

    Hi – I have a contact form on the site and when I test it, emails are not going through to the intended person. I have Post SMTP plug in installed, so when I look at the email log, in the “sent to” field it actually doubles the first name (it says (email visible only to moderators and staff) instead of just (email visible only to moderators and staff). The the status says “Relaying disallowed as (email visible only to moderators and staff)”. Can you please help?

    I see you’re also using the WPForms plugin for the forms themselves.

    If I had to guess, it’s one of those plugins messing up the address, but I can’t really tell you how, as neither of those plugins are developed by us and we don’t control how they work. So in this case I’d suggest contacting support for those plugins directly.

    As it’s the form plugin actually sending the emails, I’d try them first. You can find the forum for that plugin at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wpforms-lite/
