Emails not going to to subscribers – I have a basic WordPress.com site
-
Hello,
Today I published a new post on my blog, https://softwarestrategiesblog.com/ and unlike so many times before, I didn’t receive an e-mail immediately informing me and my followers the post was active.
I have two e-mail accounts set up to validate when a post is successfully published. Neither had an e-mail of the post published this morning.
Why is the e-mail subscribers feature not working or is there something I am doing wrong? I simply publish posts like before and this time no e-mail was created.
Also, where can I change my e-mail greeting to subscribers signing up for my blog?
Thanks very much for your help and have a nice Monday.
Best,
Louis

Hi there,
Your email notification settings are set up correctly. Can you please make sure that the email hasn’t landed in the spam folder or caught by a filter?
Also, where can I change my e-mail greeting to subscribers signing up for my blog?
This is not possible for WordPress.com and Jetpack sites.
