emails not working

I have tried putting the setting in for my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) but it doesn’t work.
I can ‘t ask easyspace for the setting as none of my three email addresses that I moved with my domain to wordpress now work, so I am unable to contact easyspace. i have tried sending an email through my control panel of easyspace but because none of my emails work I can’t get support !
I have three domains that I moved to wordpress and will need to change all of the emails

Hi there,
To get your easyspace email working again, you will need to input the Custom DNS settings per the instructions at:
Unfortunately, you have to get the settings to be input from Easyspace as they are unique to the Easyspace servers.

I understand that I need to get the setting from easyspace .
I would like to offer some feedback, generally your online instructions are very good:) but would it be possible to make it clearer for your customers that when they transfer their domain that their email will also be affected as I thought as an ordinary/non techie person that changing the DNS setting for my domain would also mean my email would work automatically. Now unfortunately I will have to wait 48 hours for my hosting provider to get back to me and meanwhile my email is not working.

I still have not had a reply from easyspace concerning my setting for my email . Is their not a techie out there who can help me out ? or anyone who has hosting with easyspace that can help me Please ?
I will have to cancel my site domain with wordpress and change my DNS nameserver name soon if this is not resolved. As my email connected with tenerifedogs is really important i need it to work !

We were able to find an Easyspace support document that talks about where to find your MX records in your Easyspace Control Panel:

I have made adjustments to your nikkiatree domain based on that article. Could you wait a couple of hours and then test that email to see if it worked?
If those adjustments did not repair your email address, could you log in to your Easyspace Control Panel and take a screenshot of the settings you see there?
You can upload the screenshot to your media library and then leave a link for me here.
We do have a warning about broken email addresses at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/#email-address-warning, but thanks for the feedback that it wasn’t easy enough for you to find. We definitely would prefer not to break people’s email address!
