Emails not working

My emails are not working. The notification says that the account needs to be verified by sending a verification email to my forward-email. When I do so, the notification in wordpress says “email successfully sent”. But I do not receive an email on my forward-mail. Checked Spam and everything of course. Please help, my mails havent been working for almost a week and I am a freelancer so my mail communication is crucial! Thanks

Hey there! So I can see that the verification emails were sent; are you saying you never received the “[WordPress.com] Verify your email forwarding address” email? If not I’d try searching your email for that.

Can you clarify whether they were working then stopped? That could be something else. Send more details if you can.
Lastly, I want to note the free email forwarder is different in that you’ll be able to get emails sent to that address, but when you send an email or reply, your normal address will appear. Is that okay for your use? If not, I’d recommend adding one of our other email options instead.
