emails not working

    Hi My emails are no longer working for Titan.

    I am no longer interested in having a website on wordpress but i want to keep my emails as they have important emails and i can no longer reply.

    Please let me know what i can do to renew it because i have tried and everytime it comes up with ‘We have removed Professional Email for ‘merrimentvision.com’ from your cart because the domain is not connected to your site’.

    Please let me know what i can do.

    Do you mind sharing why you no longer want a website on WordPress.com? For example, was there a feature or setting you had trouble with? Feel free to share your thoughts as we appreciate the feedback.

    The Professional Email subscription can be renewed with us if the custom domain was still pointed here.

    However, since the merrimentvision.com domain has been transferred to another host, we can transfer the billing of the Professional Email subscription to Titan. From there you can renew the subscription and continue managing the email from there.

    If that’s something you’d like to do, please reply to this message so we can begin that process.

    Before we can proceed with the transfer, we’ll need you to renew your Professional Email subscription, as it has recently expired. We ask you to do that, as only active subscriptions can be transferred. To renew it, please follow this link: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/merrimentvision.wordpress.com/18883868

    Once you’ve successfully renewed your subscription, please let us know, and we’ll initiate the transfer to Titan.
