Emails on account

I need to change my email on this account ‘webafford’ (email visible only to moderators and staff) to be (email visible only to moderators and staff), however, it belonged to another account I closed trying to consolidate accounts. Now I can’t change email because your app thinks the old account is still valid and says email is already being used.
I need you to update email on account ‘webafford’ to be (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

Hi there,
If you only recently closed the old account, the email won’t be available yet. You’ll only be able to use it for another account once the old account is completely deleted after 30 days.
When you closed the other account we sent you a confirmation email. Please reply to that email to request that we remove the email from that account immediately, without waiting for the 30 day cooldown period to end.
We can only do this if the request comes directly from the other email address, so we can’t do this on request from your
webaffordaccount that’s currently associated with a different email.
