Emails on updated posts

  I get an unwanted email each time I update a published post, telling me the post has been updated. Do my followers get these messages too? Please tell me how to stop these emails

  Hi there,

  Please check your settings page for email me whenever section.

  For that go to Settings->Discussion Tab
