Hi,
To me that sounds like typical advertisement email spam, but I’ll call for staff attention to see if they might have any suggestions. WP Forms is a real company, but they’re not affiliated with WordPress.com.

The vulnerability in WP Forms Pro is a known problem, https://wpscan.com/vulnerability/0eae5189-81af-4344-9e96-dd1f4e223d41. It has been fixex in version 1.7.7. So make sure you have version 1.7.7

Hi,
@staartmees makes a good point, it’s usually good to keep your plugins updated. In general I should note that your site https://terrirbeardtherapy.com is not hosted here on WordPress.com but uses the WordPress software with Bluehost. Please bear in mind that we are able to help with sites that are hosted here with us on WordPress.com, but for sites using the WordPress software from WordPress.org, there is a community forum at this address:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/Especially if you’re using a paid version of a plugin such as WP Forms Pro, the company which makes it (WPForms) usually provides support too if you have further questions about ensuring that it’s up to date:
