emails… STOP SENDING EMAILS TO ME (continued)

    This is a continuation of the thread at en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/emails-stop-sending-emails-to-me?replies=9#post-1370680postform , which despite despite what staffer Kardotim may feel, has not been resolved.

    Kardotim said: “you can unsubscribe from them using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of those e-mails.”

    I had previously said: “common best practice says to add an “unsubscribe” link to emails such at these. However, I can’t see anywhere to do it.”

    And I had posted the full email to evidence that lack.

    Kardotim then said: “Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions”

    Well, no, I don’t have any other questions, but my question remains unanswered…but now the topic is closed. The link contained within that statement led to this page…now correct me if I am wrong, but there is no dedicated contact link on that page. Actually, there is not a contact link at all on that page.

    Great support from WordPress, there. :(

    They haven’t answered the email I did manage to send to them, either.

    So, all in all, I am very unimpressed and will be sharing my experiences with anyone who happens to ask.

    How long do you give before this thread is deleted?

    Since you were in previous discussions with staff I have flagged this for staff attention. Please be patient as it may take them a while to get round to this thread.
