Emails that don't apply to my site

    I have been receiving these emails for a while now and don’t know what is initiating them in regard to my WordPress site. I think I’ve been hijacked by someone. Can you help me figure this out and stop whatever this is? Thanks in advance. I’m pasting a copy of the email so you can read it.
