Emails that followers receive

  Hi. Are there any settings or preferences for the emails that followers receive when I publish a blog post? Is the image that shows up in the email supposed to be the featured image for the post? Thank you.

  Hi @rflala,

  You can edit the way your followers receive your email notification from Dashboard>Settings>Reading.
  From there, you can choose to show your posts as “full” or “summary”.
  The “full” option put the whole post on the email, whilst the “summary” ones puts just the first few lines of your post, with a link to click through to your blog.

  As for the images, as far as I understood the feed grabs the whole content of your posts, including the images you may have added into your post. Therefore you should have all the images on the email if you go for the “full” option.
