emails to follow a private blogger HELP

  when a private blogger sends you an email inviting you to read it and follow it, where the heck does the email go? I recently made my blog private but i want to invite some of my readers. i sent them and it said they went through but my read can not find the email invite. he checked his regular email and it is not there. so it has to be on this site cause the address ended with @wordpress.com

  so how does he get to that invite? i need instructions cause i sent myself one and it shows that it was sent and is pending… but i cant find the invite anywhere on this site.

  Please check your email spam/junk folder. Sometimes messages go there.

  where is it? its been sent to this site, the email on here. what to i click on to get to my emails?

  I don’t know what you mean by that? The invites go to the person’s regular email address, not to anywhere on WordPress.com itself.

  how do i invite bloggers that have been following me now that it is private? someone i didnt want to know about my blog found out and i had to set it to private. but i want my other followers to be able to view it. how do i contact them with an invite when i do not have their personal email addresses? i only have their worpress id

  You need their email addresses. There is no way to contact them via WordPress.com directly.
