emails to subscribers regarding updated posts

I have a wordpress.com website with a free plan. When I add new posts email is automatically sent to subscribers through RSS Campaign in mailchimp. But when I update an already existing post, email is not being sent to the subscribers. Is there a way I can send emails whenever my old post is updated?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No, and sending an email every-time someone updated a Post would be a disaster.

I routinely edit my Posts several times after they are published, I doubt that my subscribers would like an extra 4 email (as happened with my last Post) One of the sites I admin I have the notify me of any changes (I admin a site for friends) so I can double check any changes they make (they are not too blog savvy) – and I get several emails when I end up fine tuning my writing on their site

The only way it might work would be if a new function was built in letting a duplicate email be sent – but that is open to abuse.

I have updated some older posts a few times with major rewrites and usually I have a new Post that points out that I have made major changes in a two year old Post – that has worked for me

    Thanks for ur reply auxclass.

But I need duplicate email option for another purpose….. Let’s say I posted about some offers and emailed it to subscribers, and now I wanted to add another offer in the same post and wanted my subscribers to know about it through mail, How to achieve that without manually creating another campaign?
